ABOUT / TRAIN WITH PURPOSE

A clearer view.
A shared direction.

AN1 brings planning and progress together for triathlon, running, cycling and swimming.

Training around real life.

Use AN1 for coach-led or self-coached endurance training. Weekly plans connect with an annual plan, race goals, availability and regular club sessions. Review planned and completed training, best efforts and training-load trends in one workspace.

AN1 works with or without TrainingPeaks. Connect a TrainingPeaks account to use its training data, or keep your plans and workout logging within AN1. The information available depends on what you record or connect.

For the people behind the training.

Athletes

Follow your week, record training and review your progress, independently or with a coach.

Coaches

Review and edit generated drafts, publish plans and follow the athletes you coach.

Clubs

Build individual training around shared squad swims, track nights and club rides using confirmed anchor sessions.

Parents of juniors

Understand how age-aware limits support training and discuss suitability, consent and the coaching relationship with your child’s coach.

Structure with human judgement.

AI-assisted planning uses available history, thresholds, recent load, availability and race goals. The planning engine applies progression checks and age-aware junior training limits. In coach-led workflows, generated plans remain drafts until reviewed and published.

These limits support decisions; they cannot guarantee safety or replace a coach, parental supervision or medical advice. If you feel unwell, stop and seek appropriate help.

Connect the week to the season.

Explore the rhythm of a year and review best efforts over time. These illustrations use invented data to show the ideas, not promised outcomes.
