THE AN1 TRAINING APP

Your data becomes
your next step.

AI-assisted planning, training rules and your own data in one place: from this week’s sessions to the whole season.

WEEKLY PLAN GENERATION

An empty week.
A plan in seconds.

AN1 reads your recent training, club sessions, free days, race goal and age limits, then fills the week on its own. Your coach reviews the draft and publishes it to your phone.

01 / PERSONALISE

Built around the athlete.

Training history, thresholds, recent load, club sessions, availability, age and race goals inform a plan that fits your context.

02 / PLAN

Intelligence with structure.

AI-assisted planning works with training principles, progression limits and recovery rules. Coaches review drafts before publication.

03 / UNDERSTAND

Turn data into direction.

Compare training periods, follow fitness trends and identify best efforts, with monitoring flags that bring potential concerns into focus.

INSIDE THE PLANNING INTELLIGENCE

Many inputs.
One coherent plan.

Personalisation goes deeper than choosing a target number of hours. AN1 combines your athlete profile and training evidence with a structured planning engine to work out what belongs in your week.

Coach stays in control.
01 / READ THE EVIDENCE

Start with what you’ve done.

Recent training history and last week’s completion help inform achievable workload. Missing history calls for more conservative session limits.

02 / CONNECT THE TIMESCALES

Make the week serve the season.

Race distance, annual-plan phase and recovery weeks shape session duration and focus, with taper and post-race recovery built into the planning logic.

03 / BALANCE THE WORK

Distribute the training load.

Respect your sport split, rotate key-session focus and add easy aerobic work towards target hours when recent history and progression limits support it.

04 / CHECK THE CONSTRAINTS

Keep the plan grounded.

Account for rest days, unavailable days, logged illness and travel. Apply age-aware caps and progression checks before a draft is ready for review.

AI supports planning and interpretation. The training engine applies explicit rules; generated plans remain drafts until reviewed and published.

CLUB TRAINING / ANCHOR SESSIONS

Keep your club sessions.
Build around them.

Your squad swim, track night or club ride belongs in the plan. Set regular sessions as confirmed anchors, including their day, sport, duration and effort. AN1 takes those commitments into account when generating the rest of your training.

Confirmed anchors stay fixed. When you pin a hard session, complementary bike and run work is kept easier to help balance the week.

MONITORING & ALERTS

Know what needs
your attention.

Training progress is only part of the picture. AN1 checks available workout history for fatigue signals, changes in cardiovascular efficiency and running-load concerns, helping coaches decide what to review.

01

Spot changes in training response.

Bring fatigue and efficiency signals into the planning conversation.

02

Keep progression in context.

History-based duration checks and age-aware limits inform training decisions.

03

Review with the right information.

Monitoring reflects the latest available synced data and completed analysis; it is not a continuous live sensor feed.
